Direct Support Professionals

As a direct support professional, you will guide children and teens with developmental disabilities through daily activities at home and in the community, focusing on teaching social, self-Help, and independence skills. This role involves supporting progress, following behavior plans, opening opportunities for safety and community involvement, and celebrating client milestones.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine love for working with children, along with reliable transportation. The position starts part-Time (15-20 hours/Week) with opportunities for growth and potential advancement within the organization.
