Cheer and Pom

Cheer and pom coaches will lead and mentor the team, being responsible for developing routines, choreography, and skills training for participants. They will also oversee practices and performances on game day while ensuring participant safety.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess good customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to lift 20 pounds. Essential functions include developing and teaching cheer/Pom skills, creating practice plans, and maintaining positive relationships with team members and parents.
