The occupational therapist will provide direct patient care, participate in departmental process improvement, and serve as a role model for other therapists. Responsibilities also include managing patient plans of care and collaborating with healthcare team members.

A bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and a valid occupational therapist license in illinois are required. Preferred qualifications include a master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy.
