Resource Specialist

The resource specialist provides case management services, including counseling and guidance, to help program participants access services and achieve goals outlined in their individual service plans. This role also involves conducting community outreach to connect individuals with available resources and support through events and individual interactions.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with one to two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, have access to an insured vehicle, and demonstrate proficiency in microsoft office suite applications.
