Kids-A-Part Community Case Manager – Newport

The community case manager will work directly with children of incarcerated parents and their caregivers, coordinating and facilitating parent-Child visits, both in-Person and virtually. This role also involves leading engaging programs like storybook and parent education inside the correctional facility to strengthen parenting skills and relationships.

A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience is required, along with the ability to maintain a valid vt driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include awareness of domestic violence impact, experience with parenting individuals/Children, and knowledge of community resources.
