Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a minimum of a child development associate credential or child care certificate, along with two years of relevant experience, and be at least 18 years old. Core competencies require excellent communication, basic computer skills, knowledge of mandated reporter laws, and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
