Lifeguard Instructor

The primary responsibility is assisting the aquatic manager with the training and certification of lifeguards, which includes leading regular in-Services on aquatic rescues, first aid, cpr, and life-Supporting skills. This role also involves protecting patron safety and health while enforcing rules and maintaining the work area.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency in red cross lifeguard, cpr, and first aid skills, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and maintain focus during training. Required qualifications include being at least 18 years old and holding a red cross lifeguard certification, with preferred experience being 2+ years of lifeguarding and a current red cross lifeguard instructor certification.
