Behavior Consultant

This hands-On role involves providing behavioral and therapeutic support to children, youth, and families by conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior support plans. Key duties include direct therapy, counseling, and ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans to promote positive behavioral change.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, and experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families is required. Preferred qualifications include licensure (Lbs, lsw, lmsw, or lpc or bs licensure) and familiarity with treatment plan development.
