This role is responsible for overseeing the training of newly hired nurses and medical assistant trainees, which includes developing and administering training programs for both new hires and ongoing education for nursing staff. The incumbent will develop and present classroom and on-The-Job training on assessment skills for various clinical roles within the facilities.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess an active florida rn license or have two or more years of recent oncology experience, along with a required bls certification upon hire or within 30 days. Preferred qualifications include being a certified cpr trainer and having previous training experience, along with a valid florida driver's license for required clinic travel.
