Nurse Trainer RN

This role is responsible for overseeing the training of newly hired nurses and medical assistant trainees by developing and administering educational programs for both new hires and ongoing staff development. The incumbent will develop and present classroom and on-The-Job training on assessment skills for various clinical roles across fcs facilities.

Candidates must possess an active florida rn license or have significant recent oncology experience, along with required bls certification upon hire. Preferred qualifications include being a certified cpr trainer, having ocn national certification, and previous training experience.
