Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher will lead a mixed-Age preschool classroom in a montessori environment, focusing on nurturing concentration, confidence, and deep learning through individualized guidance and prepared environments. Responsibilities include closely observing children, providing lessons in core subjects, and building strong, respectful relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have a montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or be willing to obtain certification (Fully sponsored), along with experience working with children aged 3–6 in a group setting. A bachelor's degree in any field and required early childhood education or child development credits are also mandatory.
