Pre-Hospital EMS Nurse Educator

The education specialist facilitates the development of caregiving staff in applying the care delivery process and nursing care through orientation, in-Services, cpr training, and continuing education programs. This role also involves maintaining records, acting as a professional role model, and contributing to healthcare delivery system innovations and quality improvement activities.

Candidates must possess a current rn license in new jersey and pennsylvania (Based on location) and a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of three years of current clinical nursing experience is required, along with meeting the requirements for a cct-Phrn and obtaining bls instructor status within one year of hire.
