Organizational Development Training Specialist

The specialist will collaborate with hr partners to support business objectives through targeted facilitation and development activities, including learning, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating training sessions for teams across the network. Key duties involve conducting in-Person soft skill training, owning virtual sessions, and maintaining/Updating core department curriculum.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in hr/Od/Training, including formal classroom instruction. Essential requirements include excellent oral and written communication, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to translate needs assessments into actionable steps.
