Bridges Staff

Teachers will craft their own curriculum for a five-Week summer program, teaching four half-Days a week in their subject area and chaperoning a field trip one full day a week. They will also join weekly staff meetings and assemblies as requested by the site director.

Candidates must be able to commit to teaching for all five weeks of the summer program, working an average of 25 hours per week, and potentially participating in pre-Summer meetings. Ideal candidates love teaching, have experience with baltimore city youth, and are flexible regarding site placement.
