Core responsibilities
The clinical instructor will be responsible for creating and implementing skill training classes to prepare students to become home health aides (Hhas), including designing clinical session structures. They will also collaborate with cna students during in-Person training components in long-Term care facilities and develop additional learning modules.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a valid and current registered nurse (Rn) license in pennsylvania and have at least one year of home health experience. Required qualifications also include a completed adult education course, documented experience teaching adults, or one year of supervising nurse aides, along with a valid pa driver's license.
