  • REQUIREMENTS: Team player with personal commitment to the YMCA Mission, Philosophy, & Character Development Values Provide safe and challenging Water Fitness classes to our members Minimum 18 years of age and show the technical ability to lead a water fitness class Stay informed and knowledgeable in the area of water fitness/healthy lifestyles Responsible for scheduled shifts and, if necessary, follow the appropriate substitute procedures YMCA Water Fitness Certification or AEA equivalent (within 6 months of employment)
