Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician applies behavioral principles to clients and implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of behavior analysts. They also assist clients in acquiring various skills and maintain necessary documentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and be a registered behavior technician or able to achieve certification within three months. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage crisis situations.
