- SALARY: $425+/week (DOE)
- SHIFT: Sunday – Friday, daily hourly breaks, housing and meals provided BENEFITS Positively impacting & mentoring youth Competitive wages (earning potential of $4037+ for the summer) Housing provided for the duration of the summer camp season
- Qualifications

- Age: 19+ Oversee Pool operation Maintain high safety standards for all lifeguards and participants Regularly test and communicate pool chemical levels Lead in-services in conjunction with Administration team Perform Swim Test on all campers and staff; keep record of results Complete all Pathfinders for program area as necessary Ensure cleanliness of program area Operate as a Cabin Counselor outside of designated program times Team player with personal commitment to YMCA Mission, Philosophy & Character Development Values Ensure the emotional, mental, and physical safety of all participants Complete required paperwork in timely manner Work in tandem with other camp staff to create a safe and welcoming experience for all Effectively manage camper behavior and homesickness Inform leadership staff of any camper or staff concerns Ability to accept guidance and supervision Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, self-control, maturity, responsibility, sound judgment, and good decision-making skills Be of good character, and in sympathy with the goals and objectives of YMCA Camp Piomingo Other duties as assigned The YMCA of Greater Louisville is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
