Intervention Specialist for 2026-2027

Teachers are primarily responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom culture aligned with core values, and assessing student progress, with special education/Intervention teachers focusing on curriculum implementation for students with ieps or those performing below grade level. This includes providing individualized academic intervention through co-Teaching and small group instruction based on assessment data.

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the mission, a sense of urgency for student achievement in an urban environment, and possess critical thinking and collaborative skills. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, valid state teaching certification, and two years of classroom teaching experience, along with the ability to analyze data and effectively use technology.
