Core responsibilities
Teachers are primarily responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom culture aligned with core values, and assessing student progress, with special education/Intervention teachers focusing on curriculum implementation for students with ieps or those performing below grade level. This includes providing individualized academic intervention through co-Teaching and small group instruction based on assessment data.
