Weekday Morning Swim Instructor/Lifeguard

Primary duties involve providing swim instruction based on the established curriculum, enforcing safety rules, and performing necessary rescues or first aid when required. Instructors must also evaluate student progress, interact with parents, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool areas.

Candidates must be a minimum of sixteen years old and possess the ability to work with children, learn new skills, and be coached. Prior experience as a swim instructor, certified lifeguard, youth sports coach, or childcare provider is preferred, alongside excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
