Weekday Morning Swim Instructor/Lifeguard

Primary responsibilities include providing swim instruction based on the established curriculum, enforcing safety rules, performing rescues, administering first aid, and evaluating student progress. The role also requires interacting with parents, acting as a company ambassador, and performing necessary pool area inspections and light cleaning duties.

Candidates must be a minimum of sixteen years old and possess the ability to work with children, learn new skills, and be coached. Experience as a swim instructor, certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor, camp counselor, or childcare provider is preferred, and cpr/Aed and first aid certification is required (Though provided by the employer).
