Requirements summary

Candidates must be a minimum of sixteen years old and possess the ability to work with children, learn new skills, and be coached. Experience as a swim instructor, certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor, camp counselor, or childcare provider is preferred, and cpr/Aed and first aid certification is required (Though provided by the employer).
