Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician is responsible for providing direct therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting, utilizing discrete trials to teach essential skills like language, play, social interaction, and self-Help. This role also involves maintaining a safe learning environment, implementing treatment goals, preparing documentation, and communicating progress with parents, staff, and supervisors.

Applicants must be at least nineteen years old and possess good verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma is required, while certification as a registered behavior technician and three years of experience working with children are also mandatory qualifications.
