Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician (Rbt) is responsible for providing direct therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment goals, and maintaining documentation. They create a safe and structured learning environment while communicating progress with parents and staff.

Candidates must be at least nineteen years old and possess good verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma and three years of experience working with children are required, while certification as a registered behavior technician is preferred.
