The Graduate Admissions Counselor is primarily responsible for recruiting, counseling, and guiding prospective graduate students through the entire admissions lifecycle, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding programs and requirements. Key duties include developing recruitment strategies, evaluating applications, conducting interviews, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with academic departments and marketing teams.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred for this role. The Graduate Admissions Counselor is responsible for recruiting, counseling, and guiding prospective graduate students through the admissions process. This role requires a student-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse student populations. The counselor will work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
