Key duties include developing recruitment strategies, evaluating applications, conducting interviews, maintaining accurate crm records, and collaborating with academic departments and marketing teams.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred for this role. Candidates must possess experience in admissions, student recruitment, higher education, or related fields, along with excellent communication skills and a student-Centered approach. Applicants must also be able to lift 10 pounds.
