Sports Based Youth Development Specialist - Dance

Coaches will execute the sbyd curriculum and deliver engaging health sessions while overseeing daily team transitions and monitoring student behavior. They will also conduct student check-Ins and collaborate with teachers to facilitate communication.

A bachelor’s degree is required along with a commitment to the ud team mission and core values. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for serving at-Risk youth, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
