Sports Based Youth Development Specialist - Volleyball

The coach will execute the sports-Based youth development (Sbyd) curriculum, leading sessions that teach athletic skills and life skills while coaching teams in competitions, all while ensuring core values are prioritized. Responsibilities also include delivering health curriculum, overseeing student behavior, maintaining documentation, conducting student check-Ins, prioritizing outreach, and collaborating with staff on student support.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with a demonstrated ability to multi-Task and deliver high-Quality work while being committed to the organization's mission and core values. Candidates must embrace restorative practices and a strength-Based approach to youth issues, possess strong teamwork and communication skills, and have a passion for serving at-Risk youth.
