NC Pre-K Lead Teacher : 2026-2027 School Year

The lead teacher will oversee classroom activities, adhering to north carolina standards and pre-K curriculum objectives, while creating a nurturing environment for children and families. Responsibilities include designing and executing learning experiences across various developmental areas and conducting regular assessments to monitor progress toward school readiness goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a minimum of one year of preschool teaching experience, holding a bachelor's degree and actively pursuing nc b-K or preschool add-On licensure. Required qualifications include specific nc licenses or equivalent degrees qualifying for provisional licensure, alongside genuine empathy and strong communication skills.
