Assistant Teacher

The primary focus will be assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-Being. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and pass a background check, with education in early childhood education and prior experience in a licensed center being highly preferred. Essential qualities include genuine empathy, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the capability to meet the physical demands of working with children.
