Core responsibilities

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba, collecting data on client progress and engaging clients in therapeutic activities. They will also communicate with families regarding progress and assist in developing educational materials.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or meet the training/Experience prerequisites, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children with special needs. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
