Lead Teacher - Explorer Academy Daytona Beach

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans while creating an inclusive, positive, and structured classroom environment. This role also involves building strong relationships with children and families through open communication and regular progress updates.

Candidates should possess an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development, or a cda credential, and must have a minimum of one year of early childhood experience. Current cpr/First aid certification or willingness to obtain it, along with alignment with easterseals values, is also required.
