This role also involves adapting teaching strategies for individual children and collaborating with the lead educator to maintain communication with families, often floating between classrooms for coverage.

Requirements summary

Candidates should ideally possess a national early childhood credential (Cda/Necc) and must have successfully completed the florida department of children & families 45-Hour child care training. Current cpr and first aid certification are also required qualifications for this position.
