Floating Teacher

This role involves supporting multiple classrooms and age groups by assisting teachers with supervision, activities, routines, and providing one-On-One support as needed. Responsibilities also include implementing daily schedules, leading activities during absences, monitoring and restocking classroom supplies, and providing front desk coverage.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with a child development associate (Cda) preferred, and must have completed the florida dcf 45-Hour child care training. A minimum of one year of early childhood experience and current cpr/First aid certification are required, along with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to organizational values.
