Assistant Teacher

Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They must also develop skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must love to help, engage, and learn, possessing the energy and dependability required to work with children. Essential requirements include meeting state and/Or accreditation standards for education and experience, and having the physical ability to engage in activity indoors or outdoors with children.
