Clinical Education Specialist - Madison Hospital Clinical Outcomes - FT - 1st Shift

The role is responsible for clinical, consultative, and educational activities aimed at addressing the learning needs of staff and the community. This includes developing, monitoring, and teaching clinical orientation, policies, procedures, and staff development opportunities while ensuring training quality in collaboration with clinical departments.

Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of clinical experience and hold a current alabama nursing licensure, requiring either an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing. Management or instructor experience within the last three years is preferred, along with strong organizational and public speaking skills.
