Vocational Exploration Trainer/DSP

The vocational exploration trainer will provide one-To-One, hands-On skills training to program participants to prepare them for community employment. Key duties involve developing vocational skills, modeling positive work behaviors, and implementing interventions to help individuals achieve their employment goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably have experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required, along with flexible attitude and strong communication skills.
