Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy. Responsibilities also include gaining training and skills applicable to careers in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, and therapy, while potentially engaging in physical activities like lifting up to 35 pounds.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, have some college education (At least one course completed), and possess reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. A genuine desire to help children with autism, reliability, and the ability to pass a background check are essential characteristics sought.
