Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years of age or older. Applicants must also be physically capable of various movements and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
