Occupational Therapist / OT (Home Health) $10K Sign-On!

The occupational therapist will evaluate patients' functional abilities in their home environment and develop personalized treatment plans. They will implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living tasks and educate patients and caregivers on safety and independence techniques.

Candidates must be graduates from an accredited occupational therapy program and hold a valid state license. A minimum of one year of experience as an occupational therapist and current bls certification are also required.
