Counselor

The counselor will provide professional mental health counseling, consultation services, and crisis intervention using a brief therapeutic model tailored to the emotional and behavioral needs of students. Responsibilities also include creating developmental programming and providing strategic direction for university mental health policy and initiatives.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, along with professional licensure in counseling or social work in wisconsin. Essential qualifications include experience providing mental health counseling and the ability to exercise sound judgment regarding sensitive and confidential student records.
