Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach

The assistant coach is responsible for developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams, providing expert instruction to help student-Athletes reach their full potential. This role also involves planning summer programs and supporting the overall wellness needs of student-Athletes.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and hold a certified strength and conditioning specialist (Cscs) certification. Additionally, current first aid, cpr, and aed certifications are required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
