Core responsibilities
The staff member will assist in providing a positive environment for teens during after-Hours activities, including open gym, swimming, and various events. Key duties involve planning and leading activities while ensuring participant safety and upholding the ymca's core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Requirements summary
Applicants must generally be at least 21 years old (Or 18 for specific shifts) and preferably have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with six months of related experience. Candidates need the ability to guide youth, maintain a positive attitude, possess knowledge of program activities, and pass required background and reference checks.
