Child Watch Attendant

The child watch attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, caring, and fun learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 7 years while parents use ymca facilities. Key duties include actively playing with children, monitoring drop-Off/Pick-Up, and communicating with parents about behavior and safety.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and are preferred to have six months or more of related experience, along with a positive attitude and experience with youth and diverse populations. Applicants must be able to pass background checks and complete required child abuse prevention training.
