Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally have one year or more of related experience and be able to demonstrate water fitness skills according to ymca standards, feeling confident in the water. Preferred qualifications include current lifeguard, cpr for the professional rescuer, aed, first aid, and oxygen certifications, along with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
