Residence Life Coordinator

The residence life coordinator acts in loco parentis, ensuring the safety, nurturing, and support of boarding students while building community and enforcing school policies. Responsibilities include planning activities, overseeing daily operations like check-Ins and duty reports, and supporting student well-Being and academics.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with previous experience being preferred, and the candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive a 14-Passenger bus. The role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to make sound decisions and problem-Solve.
