Core responsibilities
The mathematics teacher will instruct five full credit courses across college preparatory, honors, and ap levels while advising approximately 8 to 10 girls on academic and community matters. Responsibilities also include active engagement in high school life, participation in various meetings, and writing college letters of recommendation when appropriate.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of two years of high school teaching experience, preferably in a single-Gender environment. Essential qualifications include extensive knowledge across all mathematics areas (Algebra to calculus, statistics, business foundations) and the ability to develop engaging, differentiated curriculum.
