Junior Day Camp Counselor (Summer 2026)

The junior counselor assists the day camp counselor in ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of campers while actively participating in all camp programs and activities. This role requires serving as a positive role model and helping to foster an environment that promotes belonging, achievement, and relationships among campers.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and must have successfully completed the ymca counselor in training program. Candidates are also required to pass cpr and first aid certifications and complete all mandated child abuse prevention training.
