Youth Day Treatment Therapist

The therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for assigned clients while collaborating closely with an integrated treatment team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure consistent care delivery. Essential functions also involve working alongside school staff, maintaining timely clinical records, assisting with psychological evaluations, and communicating client needs to parents or guardians.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related human services field, along with a valid provisional license such as lmsw or plpc, although a full license is preferred. Required qualifications also include experience working with children and families, skills for facilitating positive change in a school setting, and reliable transportation.
