Recruiter

The recruiter is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting strategies, managing all phases of the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions. Key duties also involve ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining hris data integrity.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent education and experience, along with 1–2 years of professional office experience, with recruitment and compliance experience preferred. Strong technical, interviewing, and organizational skills are required, alongside proficiency in microsoft applications and excellent communication abilities.
