Orientation and Mobility Specialist

The orientation and mobility specialist assists consumers who are legally blind and visually impaired by providing direct services and adaptive equipment. They conduct assessments, develop care plans, and maintain relationships with community service providers.

Candidates must have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with o&m certification and two to three years of experience. Aer certification in orientation & mobility and a valid new york state driver's license are also required.
