Summer Camp Counselor, La Grange

The summer camp counselor guides groups of 15+ campers weekly, ensuring their physical and emotional safety while fostering a supportive and engaging environment through team activities and curriculum integration. Responsibilities also include supporting instructors with project-Based learning, participating in all camp activities like songs and ceremonies, and providing exceptional customer service to families.

Candidates must have experience supervising groups of children, preferably with at least one year in a camp, school, or childcare setting, and must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026. Availability for full-Time monday-Friday shifts, including a minimum commitment of 4 continuous weeks overlapping camp dates, is required, along with the ability to complete pre-Camp training and background checks.
